Information we collect

Account and profile information: such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and preferences you provide when you register or manage your account.

User content: such as photos, prompts, references, outputs you save, and related metadata needed to operate generation, storage, sharing, and downloads.

Payment information: if you make a purchase, payment details are processed by our payment processors. We generally receive limited information such as transaction identifiers, billing status, and partial account details—not your full payment card number.

Mobile purchase information: if you buy credits or subscriptions in the mobile app, Apple or Google processes the payment and our billing provider receives purchase and entitlement records needed to grant credits.

Technical and usage data: such as device type, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, IP address, log data (timestamps, pages viewed, diagnostics), cookies or similar technologies, and in-product events that help us operate and improve the Service.

Support communications: information you send when you contact us, including email content.

How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; process transactions; authenticate users; generate and deliver outputs you request; troubleshoot issues; detect abuse and fraud; analyze usage trends in aggregate or de-identified form; communicate service-related messages; comply with law; and enforce our terms and policies.

We may use vendors and service providers to help us with hosting, storage, AI inference, content delivery, email, analytics, payments, customer support tooling, and security monitoring. They are permitted to use information only to provide services to us.

AI processing

To generate previews and related outputs, User Content may be transmitted to third-party model and infrastructure providers for processing. We contractually and operationally seek to limit use to providing the Service, but you should assume that any content you submit may be processed by such providers subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

How we share information

We may share information: with service providers and subprocessors who assist us in operating the Service; to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests where we believe disclosure is required or permitted; to protect the rights, safety, and security of AutoVisuals, our users, or the public; in connection with audits, restructurings, or a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (with appropriate safeguards); and with your direction (for example, when you create a share link available to others).

We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly defined in U.S. state privacy laws, and we do not use sensitive categories for targeted advertising decisions.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the data type and your account activity. You may be able to delete certain User Content or your account through in-product controls where available. Some residual copies may persist in backups for a limited time before being overwritten.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. International users

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
